This guarantee is valid for 5 years after purchase of puppy. 

We, the breeder has done everything possible to ensure that the puppy is as healthy and well-adjusted as can be before leaving, the puppy is in as good health to the best of our knowledge. Puppy will be current on vaccinations and deworming; it is important that owner continues those needs. The puppy will be health checked by a licensed veterinarian, before puppy leaves breeders possessions. To validate the guarantee, buyer must have the above referred puppy examined by a licensed veterinarian, at the buyers expense within 72 hours from the time breeder exchanges puppy with buyer, exceptions are over a weekend or holiday, there will be an extra day added. Proof of vet visit is required to be sent to breeder stating visit. The breeder is not responsible for any expenses occurring once the puppy has left the breeders possession. We warrant against all contagious diseases for 72 hours after owner has taken possession of the puppy. Should a licensed veterinarian diagnose puppy with a life-threatening genetic defect, having been there since birth, the breeder will replace the puppy. The buyer must contact the breeder immediately upon discovery of genetic defect. Puppy must be returned to the breeder within 24  hours after diagnosis is made, with medical  records from a licensed veterinarian, along with full registration papers. The cost of shipping is paid upon buyers/owners expense. If euthanasia is chosen without prior consent with breeder guarantee will be void. The breeder than  has 1 year to replace the puppy, of the same sex, color, size and value. If breeder is unable to replace puppy within 1 year, a full refund if the purchase price will be returned to buyer........ Breeder does not cover any health issues caused by injury from neglect. The guarantee does not cover any of the following examples: Hypoglycemia is not genetic and can be prevented. Breeder does not guarantee reproductive ability, color, or  disposition. Breeder does not cover any responsibility for training difficulties or behavioral problems. This guarantee does not cover allergies, colds, under or overbite, hypo-plastic of vulva's, luxating patellas, or open fontanels. Undescended/ retained testicles, and hernias are excluded in this guarantee for puppies purchased for pet home. No guarantee is given for any kind of internal or external parasites, coccidiosis, or giardia. Parasites are all too common in puppies. After 72 hours, buyer assumes full responsibility for the puppy's health and development. This contract is void if the puppy is resold. If said, the puppy is being used for breeding purposes, once puppy is used to breed or gets bred, contract is void. If puppy is purchased for breeding purposes, breeder does guarantee puppy breeding sound. Breeder does not guarantee any genetic testing due to inconsistent and inaccurate results.
